It is right and proper that within an organisation that holds a high importance on healthy community, that people working with that organisation and the general public have a clear pathway through which they can seek resolution of complaints, grievances, difficulties or problems associated with their contact with Christian Life Church Kyogle and its staff or representatives.
For a grievance to be actioned, the complaint must be made in writing.
